FOC 100 DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUDGMENT INFORMATION

FOC 100 IS REQUIRED [ MCR 3.211(F)(2)(3)(4)(5) ]
ANY/ALL/EACH ORDER REGARDING CUSTODY, PARENTING TIME OR SUPPORT

NOTE: FOC 100 is filed at Friend of the Court, except it must be presented to Clerks Office along with the a Verified Statement for new case filings if ex-parte orders are submitted.

Proof of Service of form FOC 100 must be filed at Clerks Office.

**NOTE:  Pursuant to Local Administrative Order 2004-02 the only pleadings accepted via facsimile in the Livingston County Probate and 44th Circuit Courts are pleadings regarding Mental Health Code proceedings.

Divorce Filing Requirements

Filing fees payable to Livingston County Clerk. Cash, money orders, and “In-State” Checks accepted. If you are at the counter we will also accept Master Card or Visa.

You must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope to accommodate return of your copies

Forms must be either typewritten or printed in ink, dated and signed. The court will only accept originals for filing. The county clerk's office is prohibited by law from providing legal advice.
