Livingston County GIS - Map and Data Orders

Form Name:	Purpose:	Order Procedure:
Hard Copy Map Request	Request paper map output from GIS. Each map is printed on demand with the selected layers. Cost of the map is determined by the size of the map and layers selected.	Complete Hard Copy Map Request Form.
		Indicate on form the map location or provide copy of plat map / other source that shows location.
		Provide current phone number.
		Fax or send completed form.
		After order form is received, a Mapping Technician will contact you with the final cost.
		Payment must be received before maps are sent to customer.

Digital Data Request	Purchase copy of digital GIS layers. Layers are available as listed on the order form. When viewing digital GIS data, you will need compatible GIS or CAD software. Click here to discover a few software options.	Complete Digital Data Request Form, including current phone number.
		Indicate on form the map location or provide copy of plat map / other source that shows location.
		Fax or send completed form.
		After order form is received, a Mapping Technician will contact you with the final cost.
		Payment must be received before data are sent to customer.

Countywide Road Name List	The Livingston County Road Commission maintains the official list of road names. However, a list of road names as they appear in the GIS can be purchased.	Complete Digital Data Request Form, including current phone number.
		In the Data Export area, indicate the number of copies requested. Export will be provided in PDF or paper format.
		Fax or send completed form.
		After order form is received, a Mapping Technician will contact you with the final cost.
		Payment must be received before the export is sent to customer.

Parcel Spreadsheet	Parcel attributes such as taxpayer name, address, and assessment information can be exported from the GIS in spreadsheet format. Location-based queries such as determining the parcels located on a lake can be performed using GIS.	Complete Digital Data Request Form, including current phone number.
		In the Data Export area, indicate the number of parcels included in the export. If this number is depended on the results of a query, please leave blank.
		Fax or send completed form.
		After order form is received, a Mapping Technician will contact you with the final cost. Parcel Export costs include the GIS Service Fee which covers any custom queries.
		Payment must be received before the spreadsheet is sent to customer.

Payment is accepted in cash or check only. Customers cannot be invoiced for GIS Product purchases. Note: Paper maps are printed in the GIS office from Noon-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
