Job Description	SUMMARY OF POSITION: To operate, maintain and repair computer equipment and to provide technical assistance to users. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installs, upgrades and configures hardware and software on PCS and PC peripherals such as printers, monitors, scanners and related hardware. Perform hardware and software upgrades. Troubleshoots and repairs a variety of complex software and hardware problems. Provides users with network technical support. Respond to needs and questions of users concerning their hardware, software and PC peripherals. Prepares and updates, as needed, user and system documentation. Maintains current knowledge of hardware, software and network technology and recommends modifications as necessary. Drives to other locations to perform duties of the job. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements	QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelors Degree; and 2. Novell, Microsoft and Hardware certifications Knowledge of: Working knowledge of PC/Network hardware to include routers, switches, firewalls, servers, desktops and peripherals. Excellent verbal and written skills. Working knowledge of Windows and Netware Operating system. Working knowledge of various software such as Citrix, Veritas backup-exec, Groupwise, Corel Word Perfect and Microsoft Office Suites. Should be trained and/or hold certifications in Novell Netware, Microsoft Windows, Cisco equipment, and Citrix Metaframe. Execute analytical and deductive reasoning, as well as strong troubleshooting skills, to facilitate complex problem solving, resolution and corrective implementation. LICENSING or CERTIFICATIONS: Valid MI Drivers License and a good driving record.

Job Description	Responds to requests for emergency medical services as part of ambulance crew. Uses IV / drug therapy and operates emergency medical equipment, providing immediate treatment to victims to alleviate symptoms or suffering. Monitors vital signs and stabilizes emergency patients prior to reaching a medical care facility. Follows written protocol, standing orders or maintains radio contact with medical facility to receive guidance and direction per Medical Control Authority and it's Director. Performs all functions as required by the Medical Control Authority or it's Director under the EMT/Paramedic license.
Job Requirements	Minimum requirements of Specialist or Paramedic license, ACLS Certification. (If past military service - DD214). Preferred Paramedic license.
