Computer Information Services charges are for each data file

with a file layouts the first time that you request a data
extract.

On average there are five to six different transactions
per page.
Each document will show names, address of property
(if given on original document) money amounts
(mortgage, transfer tax, etc..), date of document,
recording date, legal description (if requested).
Search fee is required at the time of request
($20.00 per).
Copy fee ($.75 per page) will be billed along with the
postage fee.
