Commissioner Griffith was elected to the Livingston County Board of Commissioners, November 4, 2008.  She serves on the General Government, Health and Human Services, Finance and Parks and Open Spaces Committees.  In addition, Commissioner Griffith also serves on the Livingston County Human Services Collaborative Body Board and the Board of Appeals for Sanitary Code.

Commissioner Griffith represents District 7, which includes: all of Brighton City, and  Genoa Township, Precincts 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10.
