Located at 224 N. First Street in the City of Brighton.  This court is a branch location of the 53rd District Court in Howell.

All District Court forms are available at the Brighton or Howell Court. You may file a small claims or landlord/tenant at Brighton District Court for Howell District Court.

Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
