Estimated Assessment Roll for Proposed Dredging Project

The attached assessment roll should be used only as an estimate of what your assessment would be if the dredging project were to move forward. Many of the numbers that went into the total cost of 2.5 million were received back in 2000. If the Cedar Lake residents decide to move forward these numbers would need to be updated. The cost for each parcel is the total amount and could be amortized over thirty years.
