Home Preservation - Information and recipes on preserving, canning and freezing food safety at home using the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning. Hands-on workshops for proper techniques and pre-cautions when preserving food at home are available. Testing of pressure canning dial gauges is recommended each year and can be done at the MSU Extension office. Call for more information.
