Hamburg Township

Hamburg Township is located in the southeast quadrant of Livingston County.  The township is rich in scenic beauty and recreational opportunities.  Approximately thirty lakes are scattered throughout the township allowing plentiful fishing opportunities.  Hamburg is home to the Brighton State Recreation Area, which offers a variety of recreational courtesies.  Hamburg Township is also one of the fastest growing areas within the county.  The estimated population for 20077 was 23,655.
