Marion Township

Marion Township is centrally located within Livingston County. The township was first settled in 1833, and has a population of approximately 10,000. The township supports a wide variety of agricultural uses such as livestock and organic farms, melon farms, blueberries, corn, and tree nurseries. Marion Township is also comprised of diverse landscape features such as plains, ridges and small lakes that drain into three Great Lake drainage basins. The township is the main water supply for the City of Howell.
